What’s New in the Remastered Mandalorian Costume

The updated Din Djarin armor set (from The Book of Boba Fett) has been fully reworked for screen accuracy. Every major element was improved — from plates and straps to fabrics and weathering.

🛡 Chest & Shoulders

• Chest Armor — the central chest diamond was redesigned as a separate cast piece for sharper screen accuracy.
• Shoulder Armor — reworked with more accurate shapes. The Mudhorn signet is now a separate cast piece, with added rivets on the ridges for canon detail.

⚔️ Abdomen & Waist

• Kidney Armor — added as a new plate (was missing before).
• Tasset Armor — reshaped and repainted to match the screen version.
• Abdominal Tasset — now made from eco-leather in the correct gray shade, with screen-accurate relief and separated from the flightsuit for better adjustment.

🦵 Legs & Knees

• Left Knee Armor — now cast with higher detail; reshaped darts and repainted. Secured with a natural leather strap.
• Right Leg Greave — completely reworked: now full wrap-around construction, with redesigned straps and ammo details.
• Left Leg Greave — reinforced ABS base wrapped in natural leather to replicate folds and screen textures; improved straps and pouch details.

🎯 Belts & Accessories

• Main Belt, Bandolier & Holster — fully redesigned: new buckle, new pouches, corrected ammo sizes, screen-accurate thread color, and improved clasp system.
• Right Leg Belts — resized ammo cylinders, reworked leather straps, added a second strap for screen accuracy.

🧥 Soft Parts

• Flak Vest — new adjustable shoulder straps for a better fit.
• Flightsuit (jacket + pants) — decorative stitching updated to match the series; jacket zipper extended to full length; pants redesigned with new waistband and suspenders.
• Cape — fabric changed to poly-wool blend; added folds at the straps, new fastening method, weathering at the bottom edge, adjusted size closer to the original.
• Grav Charges — reworked shapes and colors; improved retention in the holder to prevent dropping during movement.

🎨 Paint & Weathering

• Updated for screen accuracy on the Left Knee Armor, Right Thigh Armor, Hand Plates, and Tasset Armor.
